A mommy friend of mine was talking about the flash cards that she uses with her daughter when suddenly a lightbulb went off in my head…..I can make my own flash cards using all the die cuts, stencils, etc that I already have for my scrapbooking supplies.  The current set I am creating is just of everyday objects ie., tree, car, school bus, chair, etc.  But the possiblities are endless. So far I am also planning to create sets of flash cards for letters, numbers, shapes, and colors.  Sure it would be easier and faster to go buy a set already made but I am having fun making them and hopefully when my daughter is old enough to understand, she’ll appreciate the time & effort that went into making these just for her.
